A good FS session is generally around 1.2-1.4 for me. 1. is a little low for a quality FS session, more along the lines of a really good BJ.
to be honest, after a while, the girls expect a certain amount no matter the service.

Thank you for the advice guys. I'm just not use to the different pricing. I mean I don't want the girl to be unsatisfied however I don't want to raise the market rate. We try to pay attention to that in LA.
That's why if any provider asks for the $ upfront, that's usually where I make a choice, do I stay or do I leave...99.5% of the time, if they ask for it early, the service won't be what you want and you'll end up getting fucked. Only time I was ever asked upfront was at a Korean AMP in Atlanta that was highly rated. The rates there were typically higher than Hawaii and based upon the feedback I was intrigued. The prices were house .5 and $$$ for tip. The line-up was so so and so was the service. I should have known better.
The only other time fees were negotiated upfront was in a SF AMP that had a really cute Viet girl. I got questionable service these too.

I agree. As far as I can remember I never had to pay up front. But then I have a nice personality and always treated the girls with respect. Only when I took a friend with me once did he screw me over. He tried to have his way with the girl and he made her cry. I was interypted. And was told what happen. Now, if AMP, MT, Hostess Bars apply the same principle than, maybe it would help benefit your business as well.
Women may demand a set price these days but, how has business been for you? Is it super busy? I think not! A little bit of something is better than a ton of nothing is right. You may get less, however, a person would be motivated to visit her more often though. Hmm.. maybe some of you woman don't want to have it too busy but, most of you women out there aren't busy anyways. Only on very few occasions.

However, some mongers out there can be a bit too rough and not be polite themselves. But, if he's a gentleman, there's no reason to give him attitude.
4. Give it your best.
Yes, aim to please us. Why? because we blowing $$ in 1 hour that's why! Don't you women think it's alot of money to spend in 1 hour also? I know you agree also. Now, not all women will be all that young or that pretty. Therefore, you need to find a way of your own in pleasing a customer that will motivate him to come back. if you are older and not that attractive then, that alone is hurting your chances. But, if you give good service, your friendly etc., It makes up for it.
5. Learn from other providers.
That's right. I know some of you girls don't get as much business as other providers. You have to ask yourself: "Why? What is she doing that is attracting all the guys to go to her and not me?" Well, she must be doing something that you're not doing or refuse to do. Maybe you rush to fast? Ask money upfront? Don't try your best to please? Complain about certain position etc.? Don't give a TS? I'm sure it's one of these if not several.
The bottom line is that if you don't like what you're doing, not proud of what your doing, then don't do this! Find another type of work. But, if you are to continue doing this, you might as well make the most of it.
As far as the mongers out there, I know we feel sick that we don't get our moneys worth, service wasn't all that great etc. But, you also need to play your part by being nice to them, tipping them reasonably, don't be a punk. I myself am a gentleman to all the bars I go to. AMP, MT, KB. I don't look down on these women as just ****** to bang. Or sluts who suck your money etc. If you have this mentality, no go to those places. Go find one FTF to bang for free! Some of you would based on a bad personal experiences. Don't let these places/woman get to your senses, it shouldn't. We go there to have fun, get play, release etc etc. and go home. If you do take them seriously, sorry but you're weak minded and the punani is your kryptonite.
Has it always been this way (supposedly)? The only two times that I've been to an AMP (over 10 yrs ago), everything was negotiated upfront before you even go in to the room. Don't recall if kala was exchanged before or afterwards but I would think before. The rates back then were $50 (house) + 1. 5 (wahine). Sorry if I set the price precedent for you guys.: (Having said that, those two experiences were top notch (A and B+) in my book.
There are other places outside of AMP where I believe it is definitely best to negotiate upfront.
I do agree this approach seems better.

What are the providers and bar hostesses complaining about? It's the economy. How many of you mongers make $.5 an hour? I don't. How many make $ an hour? I don't. We pay them for a service. Whether it's sex or just companionship. Most of us went to school to become what we do. Is there an amp or kb school to train them to be sex providers or hostesses? That's why I don't spend as much now. If there no amps or kbs, I would be rich right now. I don't regret anything I did, but trying to become more smart in the future.
Bottom line is quality in everything is not there anymore. If the quality was there I'm sure most of us and more would find a way to participate these activites. While the ones I like may get a more friendly and outgoing version of me, I assure you the ones I don't like get great service as well. If I dislike someone that much I let them go, but I never short change them.
Good point on the staying in shape subject. I would say a good analogy is if I pay $200 per hour to rent a car, it better be a shiny Rolls Royce or Bentley. If I am renting a dirty old beat up Corolla (no offense to any mongers who drive a Toyota) I expect to pay significantly less. I stay on top of my profession by studying, reading and generally keeping abreast of any new information available.
Ladies, and I say ladies because I know you read this forum, bottom line is customer service is the name of your game. A general rule of thumb in customer service is that every happy customer tells 2-3 people. Every disgruntled customer tells 20-30 people. Stay friendly and stay in shape, stay atop your chosen profession! Do you have to be Miss Fitness USA, no but let's not be looking like someone let 2 pigs loose in your skirt and they are now fighting to get out!
