Things I look for after a couple of dates.
STD testing so I can bareback. I don't need birth control as I'm snipped, I am not going to commit to a girl unless we are barebacking, condoms to me are a killer.
Willingness to hang out & have more of a boyfriend / girlfriend relationship, by this I mean we spend 2 to 6 hours together or overnights plus trips. Profile photos, I would get a few photos of yourself in business attire, such as a suit & tie or something similar where you are looking sharp. No bathroom selfies, drop a couple of hundred on a craigslist photographer. Use these photos only for SA. I'd say 70% of the young hotties have the idea of a business exec. As their sugardaddy type. I hate sterotypes but I can't emphasize this enough.
Here are some hard & fast rules for SA.

After the meet & greet I'll text them about the arrangement. Also really lowers the chance of getting busted if they are police & running a sting, the next date is usually a dinner date where the allowance starts & she gets her knees dirty.

That's exactly what I do on meet and greets. I size them up first, because some of them may look much heavier or scrawnier than their current pics depict and I know if we don't connect immediately on the meet and greet, it's a wrap. That is why I advise no one to take these chic's to a mid-level restaurant on a 1st date. She may get there and look nothing like her current pics and you want to cancel immediately, but you already made the appointment to the restaurant, so you have to carry on with the date. I usually text them after the meet and greet, if I'm still interested, about the arrangement. I never feel comfortable talking about an arrangement face to face. I rather do it via text.
