I have worried about the same thing. For me, it's virtually the only reason I go the SB route. It's the best way to get more mileage for the money. Here is an example, Kate from Rock Hill posted a profile Feb 7 and has not been on there since, I met Kate from the BP days, she had the tightest pussy, there are reviews on this site.
