I've managed refunds on a couple regular & 2 for1 dances, where the dancer didn't get nude and / or didn't make contact & just pitched VIP. But it's hard work.

Very unlikely you'll get a refund for a ROB or underdelivery or failure to meet your perverted expectations situation: it's an illegal act, not an enforceable contract. The club isn't going to give up money and admit that they're an accomplice to prostitution, duh. But same way, if she doesn't deliver as promised / ROBs, don't pay anything beyond room cost since club can't press you to pay for illegal services (though you might get tossed). Best path with ROBs is to take the L and report them with name and details here so she gets boycotted by us discerning please.

The key is to end the VIP early as soon as you see it is turning into an air dance or just sitting. I've been able to get a couple of comped VIPs with other girls from mgmt when I bailed and reported the dancer was just not doing the basics of a dance.
