The advantage for women is that they don't have to track down your references and for men, you get to trust your personal info to an organization more "reputable".

Usually these "premium" girls / agencies only trust references from other "premium" girls and agencies. So if all you smash is hood rats, then you're kind of out of luck as far as references / verifications go.
