I'm no expert on PGC, as it's been a long time since I've seen the ladies there, but the talent turnover seems pretty common. Ladies quit the business, or change affiliations, all the time.

Not posting this as an endorsement, there might be other reasons to look elsewhere.

As far as why some leave, it really isn't any of my business, and Jeepster already said turnover is the norm there and in the business as a whole. It's definitely not easy to do well and maintain that level of success.

I will also say I saw Jessica a few nights ago, and she looks fantastic. She's been going to the gym and lost some weight. Sweet and laid back as usual. Covered everything as usual, LFK and DATY permitted. And recommended in my judgement! Donation 200 for one hour.
