In my experience talking to them, some seem to want to live and "retire" here. Others are here just to make the money and will return to Korea when it's time to call it a day (and are probably wiring the money home to support family etc).
Whatever it is, they don't do what they do because they like how we fuck or admire our geopolitical role or anything of that kind LOL.

I have seen 2 kgirls and one jgirl on the outside in the past. None of them were necessarily attracted to the American man and they were here to make money quietly, and send the money back home so they could buy real estate, pay tuition or start a business. All three were hya and if you saw them on the street you would take a look. All three could easily take in 20 k in a given month putting their earnings far above that of most of their customers as this was tax free cash. None of these three had the job of working girl in their countries. Two of them were college educated. Also the conversion factor of the dollar compared to the won and yen is very favorable. In summary, the reason they come is strictlly financial. It is possible they could genuinely like you, and wish to see you outside of work. But for the most part, it's about money.

Regarding the history part, it has nothing to do with that. Korea is pretty wealthy nowadays, and people don't really admire the USA Lifestyle anymore. Especially compared to LA and OC, cities in Korea are nicer and safer.
They are coming to the USA Basically because of money.
Those K-girls coming to the USA Were usually already escort girls in Korea. Typically, their rates were 200,000 to 300,000 won per hour (CFS).
