Even an amateur linguist can see the forced writing style in the both the ads and the review. For one thing there is often a shift from the first person to the third person perspective (a very common practice by NBA players and other celebrities that think they are elevating their intelligence when really they are making fools of themselves. The prose is forced, and appears to be set through the Thesaurus spin cycle with little or no though to the actual vernacular of the audience. That leaves only a few possibilities:

I always confess when I know I'm in the wrong, when I know I'm not I wait patiently for the truth to prevail.
