Thanks HK for posting this. It was just a matter on time. There are now 14 MPs on the street, and cops everywhere. In the 700 block alone there are 3 parlors all but next door to one another. The woman arrested was "29", so that narrows the ladies I know some, and I think I know whch place this is, but I'm going to do leg work today and find out what I can about which store front got shut down for the night.

Guys read that article all the way through, interesting that the Police indicated they are targeting the MP and pressuring MPs to be licensed and not necessarily targeting the johns. Also the married person (john) was released and not even cited, whereas the provider was handcuffed and taken away. The Mayor in Simi threatened to put your name in the paper if you get caught in Simi. The article said 3 of 11 MPs were closed not clear if it was just closed or since a lot of them are connected got word of a sting and closed for the day to avoid LE? Or if LE closed them, so make sure you deny anything and everything, but what you going to do when she's riding you CG or you got her doggie?

I ran copies of the original article and dropped copies off at my favorite places. All seemed surprised by the news-even Ocean Foot Massage. I'm going to do the same with this article, and see if I can get any more details. BTW-right next door to Golden Massage mentioned in the Acorn is a 99cent store. I know the owner and he showed me this article.

I hate to see the good legit places go under becasue of one chick trying to make more money. They have to constantly kick guys out wanting more. One of the owners of OFM is is a really nice lady. 100% legit and has a lot of money sunk into this place. She's a single Mom, works so hard and is putting her daughter through school, and is an excellent therapist, trained in chiro, so you get more than a massage-but nothing that will get you questioned my LE.

By the way, I'm certain the "john" was getting a HJ only-the walls are too thin, the place too small and the curtains in the doorway wouldn't allow for anything else without being caught.

There will be a thinning of the herd. Police will go after compliance and license issues and setup a possible sting or two. A lot of these businesses are unlicensed, a lot of the girls are unlicensed MTs and some girls are illegal. It would not surprise me if a little money laundering is occurring from even less the legit businesses. It is an election year. The politicians want to look good. LEO will go after low hanging fruit and cause a nuisance equal too if not greater than any AMP. Right now I won't go to TO or Simi for fear some "good citizen" videoing everything. That john was lucky he did not get his name posted in the newspaper / web. My guess the is the city lawyers have advised the police in TO not to reveal the names of the customers for fear of a law suit. As long as both parties (MT and customer) deny everything there is no legal problem. It is not against the law for a customer to get wood during a massage. The only way they can arrest a customer is for the customer to admit or get caught in a sting offering money for sex. That is not to say your life would not be ruined if you face ended up on the cover of the Acorn. Be careful out there, know your provider, park a good distance away from the AMP. Don't let the little head do all the thinking. Run like hell if your AMP has a Caucasian MT. BTW, the place where they caught w / someone in the "act" has curtains not doors if I remember. If an AMP has a locked front door they would need a warrant to bust the door down. But, they are permitted access. That makes it a knock, walk and talk not kicking in doors. I truly think some owners would be surprised at what happens behind closed doors and would freely let officials in, not knowing a customer is getting a HJ. The article said there were other busts that day. The owner was stupid not to order the non-licensed girls out the back door and to warn against any funny business before the officials came down the street. That was really dumb! BE SAFE OUT THERE.

Regular customers could get caught up, legit girls out of a job and honest owners that didn't check the help as well as they should have out a lot of money. God help anyone who just 'doesn't look right" to be even WALKING down the street-they better have current and legal I. D. On them. They might as well change the street name to "Big Brother Lane".

On the other hand I think the overkill of spas cramed in to a few blocks along the same street is insane, and I'd like to see that change somewhat. The "700 block" mentioned in the first article has 3 nearly side by side, but there only ONE McDonald's on the entire lenghty Blvd-go figure.

Donald, we would do well to start a little business. The "Best of VC". Basically it would be an event planning. Putting together field trips and itineraries for visitors. Custom made and worry free trips to Mexican and Seafood places, Outlets, wine tasting, AMPs, poker, liquor, strip clubs and so forth.

LOL! Yeah, you NEVER see strip clubs or massae parlors listed in the annual "V. C. Reporter Best of "!

Slight follow-up to the Thousand Oaks bust situation. From everyone I talked to, it seems the activity of the lady arrested was questionable from a professional, legit massage, but that she was not providing (she was supposedly massaging his pelvic bone and the guy had all his junk covered). Since all the spas on the street share news and working girls, everyone said the same thing about her-that they checked her background and found no former arrests, and never had a problem with her when she was working. The cops in this town are looking for ANY little thing to bust you. The cruisers alone are actually stopping people "for safety reasons" becasue their tires look a little low-WTF? So try to prove on court what the cops actually saw vs. What they WANTED to see, and if it closes one place, it's worth the effort on their part.

I'm glad I copied the article-they seemed grateful for the head's up not every manager had the original, and they were anxious to read details. Interestingly, a couple of managers had no idea what a "plain clothes" detective was-they thought all cops wear uniforms, so I kept emphasizing that especially right now, not to trust any new customers, and make sure all the permits are up to date and correct.

BTW-I sent the article to Cherry as well-she had no clue about palin clothes cops either!

Curious to know if any parlors are offering "table showers". I might have some money coming in time for my be-day next week, but no way am I going to the one in Simi these days and A-1 is closed. I saw a set up in Gold on Main in Ventura, but service was not offered.

Check out the Santa Barbara thread under General Reports, Monger 2 and Treading Water noticed LE presence using different tatics. Sounds like they ARE targeting the johns in beautiful Santa Barbara, probably using a BP type ad, then jamming the poor guy in the motel room. Do your LE check and if they refuse then you better move on quickly. They posted the names and mugs of the johns. I'm glad most of my play is with a NP type, good ones are just so hard to find. Don't want to marry them just play with them.

Well I thought I missed an article in the Acorn this week, but I did find another story about MPs in the Acorn, quote "With their target set squarely on eradicating erotic massage parlors from the community", well that spells it out pretty clearly, duh. I knew they were going to strong arm all the MPs in Simi, who dares go there now, foot traffic has to be going to a crawl and the poor owners have to make that rent. I think I said something like this about 6 months ago. I give it till Easter and I think Simi will be down to less than 6 MPs. It would not surprise me to see it down to 2 by years end. Funny how when the economy is down and the city OKs these businesses and take their money, and are willing to put up with the stigma, some of these places probably spend 50-100k to set up shop and jump through hoops to get the city approval only to have the city run them out when the economy starts to pick up a bit. Read em and weep.

To begin this report I'd like to say that I haven't gotten a 'massage' in Oxnard for at least 7 years. Seven years ago I realized that going to various spots in Asia twice a year may be a bit more expensive that a couple punts a month in Oxnard, and in reality not too much more for getting a whole lot more. But due to various circumstances I was unable to on my latest planned trip. Thus I went to Oxnard.

After reading this forum I decided to go to the King Spa. I've been to about all the other places over the years and just felt like somewhere that was more of a massage parlor and less of a whorehouse. Lots of parking at the King Spa as no one parks near the entrance. I enter. I ring the bell. A lady comes and opens the door, I pay for an hour using the coupon, mostly because I wanted the table shower. I pay $60 and am let in, go to the room and am asked if I want the table shower. Yes. I stip and put on the rob. I am passed off to another lady who takes me down to the shower room. The table shower was pretty crappy as these things go, but it did get two things figured out: 1, that with a raging woody, I was ready for action, and 2, the method of washing my raging woody indicated that there was action here.

I return to my room. I am now passed off to the first woman who gives me a massage. I'm kind of worried as she is not touching 'the boys' even accidentally and there is a towel covering my buttocks. Why is it still there? The massage goes on, and I rub her legs a few times to let her know I am 'game'. This goes on a bit then she leaves the room and the other lady, Linda, I think, returns. A bit of massage then I am flipped and my raging woody is painfully obvious. Negotiations begin, and are rapidly concluded and soon I am ejaculation onto my stomach. There is still bunch of time left and I regret not just getting 45 minutes as you still get the table bath.

In conclusion, the women are old, they would be somewhere between 44-50 I'd guess. They were pleasant however, and the facilities were nice. There was plenty of parking available. And, really the only thing that makes it worthwhile is very slight suspense of how the whole event is going to go down. Finally, the women were old, but they were not disgustingly ugly or anything, but after going to Batam or Bangkok its just kind let down to be getting a hand job from an old lady for so much money. Oh well, when in Rome.

It is free and your massage time is the same. I had a table shower and MSOG w / 2 MTs at thai place not that long ago. Also, GC offers TS, call ahead.

I was in Asia this Summer, and yes the girls are generally much younger service is hit / miss like every place else. There is also a much greater chance of catching something there. The AMP's are not very clean or sanitary at all. And the currency is much different. When someone says they paid to much but does not identify what to much is, then mentions Asia as an example. I can only conclude.

That maybe you had forgotten what the service rates are here in America. My experiences are different though I would agree with. TS to small, was however clean and I too got a good washing. The age of the ladies 35-45 maybe? And all seem to be nice looking for the most part. What was nice was that you do get your monies worth. No one is rushing to get you out the door. In the fall of 2010. 12 girls were arrested and two other folks for promoting prostitution.

As of today there are several more AMP's in Wichita Ks. Than there was in 2010, so go figure. Also Tulsa, Ok. Which is a MP / AMP paradise tons of beautiful young ladies able and willing to oblige. But, new rules maybe coming down for the parlors in Tulsa / all girls must be board certified [ school trained ] and registered by the city. All spa visitors must sign in / name and address. Some AMP's in Tulsa have you sign in now but, never check your I'd. Any violations to the rules will result in the Spa closing down. All of this is pending city counsel approval. I can gurantee you if you go in any Non Asian spa in Tulsa today you will get layed. Some of the Asian spas you will get FS but, alot of them are totally legit. The table wasn't big enough for the stall so it wasn't flat, they had one side raised. The massage itself was sort of crappy as I just laid on my back and the lady just sort of washed me, there was no eroticism whatsoever in it. LOL! I take the bus to Oxnard then ride where I need to go, which drops off at The Esplanade. I like to stick to Oxnard / Saviers-even Cherry's is a little further than I prefer since the streets are bad and the traffic worse. Then again nothing beats a great table shower on a hot day. I miss that one place near Walgreens and St. Mary's-awesome place, Japanese women, and a full shower room. I think it's a real estate office now!

Had to go to Oxnard this weekend and spend a few minutes visiting with Cherry-keeping her on her toes about the recent LE activity, and explaining what a "plain clothes detective" was to her.

Since I had some time, I made the ride over to King's just to check them out without spending any money there. The place doesn't have a sign on the building yet-just on the monument sign by the street. Forgot to check if there is a rear entrance (probably) , the front door is hardly discrete. One thing not mentioned here is how clean the place is (only 3 months old) and the lobby and hallway (from what I could see) was well decorated. Standard pricing, but a Dutch door for the MMS to greet you. She was older, but actually pretty cute-tiny with a great smile and pixie-ish in her looks-she might be fun to play with if she offered. I spotted what seemed to be the only provider working that day a real chubby Chinese chick. Not bad looking, but wouldn't be my first choice either. A bit of a porker, and way over dressed to indicate anything more than a limited menu. Never got a look at the table shower room, but FYI-they didn't seem to limit that to just the hour or 90 minute sessions.

Bottom line for me, I'd only stop if I found myself in the area-not worth the effort or gas getting over there.
