Is requesting hh or hr enough for them to prosecute or just hassle you? The video on the news showed the guy requesting the time only; I'm thinking the girl would have to have tied time to sex. I know to say nothing during questioning. Anything fishy and I'm gone. Going to stick with safe options, I'm afraid I used all my luck in the beginning. I have educated myself through this board, very thankful it's here.

Your picture on the web or paper, cost of a good attorney, trouble with SO, etc. Even if they drop the charges you can change your whole life. Never trust LEO.
