I say that because unless the laws have recently changed, and I'm pretty sure they haven't, only a legitimate business with a credit reporting bureau member status and authorization code can pull a credit report for "legitimate business purposes". So either the escort is registered with one or all of the three reporting bureaus as a business, and pulled your report legally during the process of conducting legitimate business with you, OR, she has a friend who owns a business and has the proper status and access, and did it as a favor for her, in which case it would be illegal. If the former, there's probably nothing you can do. If the latter, you can find the name of the business under who's I'd the report was pulled, and if you were not doing business with them you could probably cause them a world of hurt. Please understand I'm NOT an attorney, but having been in businesses which did pull reports for decades, this is my understanding. Hope this helps bro. Only thing I take is $ and protection. I leave all my credit cards at home and DL in the car. Last thing you want is girl her pimp / BF to do identity theft on you.
