Saw 4 SW on Nebraska between Fowler and Fletcher around 7 pm and saw one meeting this description, one black chunky with large breasts/big booty, one short blonde maybe 32 and maybe a 6 and one obviously crackhead maybe 45 years old.

Had occasion to travel Hillsborough and Nebraska Avenues on way from private party tonight. Hillsborough was a busy with people on the sidewalks, but no SW's in sight.
