Decided to Take a Trip to Asia.
I've been doing research and talked to numerous people and I have decided to take a trip to Asia this year.
Been thinking about Philippines and / or Thailand for a 2 week adventure. I figure its going to cost $1,200 for the flight and then have $1 k-$2 k in spending money, I can use their banks if I have to. Anyone have any pointers, tips or tricks?
So, hopefully, I'm going to save my massage money, relabel the jar: trip money! I just wonder if I can resist the chicks here. Thinking about going April or May.
Your advice would be great. Yes, I have researched looked around other websites, but always great to get another prospective.

I haven't been to the Philippines, but I did spend about 5 weeks in Thailand a few years ago. Planning on going back this summer for a month or so. That trip RUINED my ability to go to AMPs out here. For what you pay for 20 minutes of FS at an MP here with a chick in her 30's or 40's, you can rent a beautiful 20 year old for a day, haha. I personally preferred Pattaya over Bangkok. Nana Plaza is an experience, but unless you want to pay top dollar for the go go dancers working there, I found most of the bar girls hanging out there pretty unremarkable. Nana Plaza is not very big, whereas Pattaya as a town is basically one giant bar, all with working girls. I don't know what your situation is, but I'm a younger guy, fit, and handsome enough. I only paid for girls in Thailand when I wanted to get a bang in and have them go away. Other than that, it was really easy to pull girls for free all over the place. I describe it as opposite land. Wherever I went, I had chicks hitting on me basically. There are a lot of cynics on ISG who talk about how all these girls want is your money, blah blah. That's true if you're 60 and they're 20, but if you're at all close in age, plenty of them just want to have a good time. I had a harder time getting rid of some of those girls than anything. I had some sexy tour guides to show me around, help me in finding the best food, sites, etc and free entertainment later. Well, as free as it ever is. Same thing as here, as a man, I expect to buy food and drinks, but that was really it and everything is so cheap there. Some girls would chip in on that stuff as well. I had a wonderful experience over there and look forward to getting back.
They do have some political unrest going on over there right now, so check up on your international news before you go. As a foreigner, it's not likely to involve you, but there have been some violent outbreaks and you don't want to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. I have a few Thai friends here in Vegas and they are urging me not to go right now. It's not something that I'm too worried about though, especially as I won't spent that much of my time in Bangkok. Bangkok is a really interesting city if you've never been anywhere like that. It's huge, bustling, dirty, tons of stuff going on, but it's not a place I want to spend the bulk of my time.
I agree with Bearyc that the sister-site, ISG, is a wealth of information. I have also been to Costa Rica and I would have to disagree with him on that one though. Feel free to chime in Bear, but if you're talking a mongering trip, other than being much closer, I don't see that CR has ANYTHING over Thailand. I'm a lurker, not a poster on ISG as I don't travel internationally that often, but one post I was tempted to make was to dissuade people from going to CR for mongering purposes. The main scene in San Jose is the Hotel Del Rey. I found a few hot chicks there, but 90% of them have kids, which is a turn off for me in a lot of cases. If she pushed out a baby a few months ago, there's usually stretch marks, loose vag, etc. The Colombianas with all their plastic surgery and plastic personalities did nothing for me, but I know some guys really like them. I like the Ticas and the Nicas. I did find one girl there, a Tica, really close to me in age, who was an absolute doll and gorgeous. I wanted to marry her. I still think about her every once in a while, haha. San Jose is no fun to stay in though in my opinion just because it's boring. I didn't feel safe there at night either. Outside of San Jose, mongering options plummet. I didn't like the food in CR either. Just my opinion, but I think Thailand beats CR in pretty much everything: Food, women, mongering scene, transportation, scenery. Costa Rica is a beautiful country, I just don't think it holds a candle.

Younger chicks usually spotty English at best, but you can find some that are fluent. Finding someone that is conversational is not hard though, want to make that clear. Not sure from your post, but if you're thinking about bringing all that cash with you, don't. Don't want to get picked for a grand or two on the Sky Train. I used the ATMs over there and never had more than about $300 equivalent on me at a time. $300 is quite a bit of money over there. You pay $5 in transaction fees to the ATM and maybe a little more from your bank at home. Sorry this post is so long - any questions about Thailand feel free!

New Zealand has had legalized prostitution now for about 10 years. A few years ago I was in Christchurch for 2 weeks. I would go to a massage parlor, the girls there are about 95% white, I could usually pick from 3 to 6 girls, FS, massage, shower, GFE, but no greek, and it was $70 US dollars for an hour. Orgies were about $150 US dollars. The newspaper had 1 1/2 columns every day of various women advertising, they would send you email pics, and rates were about 70 to 90 US dollars hour. I used to work for a computer company while in my 40's and I was sent to Bangkok for about 8-months. Before I went there I did not know about the "scene". I had the BEST time of my life while I was there. I got real lucky in exchange rate the baht was at 48! To the dollar, (Now its like 32/33). I was hit on by so many hot looking petite girls in their 20's who would stay overnight for multiples at 1200-1600 baht, (at that time about 25-33 USD), and then the girl would come around to see me the next day for nothing (well I did go to dinner with her. What is different about the Thai working girls is if they don't like you, for any reason. They won't take a date, unless your really ridiculous in your offer. However, most of them like white guys (provided your clean, smell good and TOO terribly overweight), if your young, USA or European, and are very nice. The Thai girls really believe that they can sometimes 'hook' a guy to be with for a long time to make their lives easier. When I asked several of the Thai girls why they seemed so nice to western guys, they said (AND THIS IS A QUOTE), "Most Thai guy I know is gay or KaToey. Sometime more than 50% of Thai guy is like this" No wonder its an easy place to score way above your league.
