I now realize that they are not stupid and lead high so they don't negotiate against themselves. I now use a different approach and follow the take it or leave it attitude of many of you. Life is too short.
I also thought it would be fun to try to think back and list my various babies. It wasn't. The number got way too high way too quickly. Though I can also see a definite increase in quality / decrease in quantity trend.
