She keeps making new accounts and I have spoken to her a couple of times. She hits me up with that she has to take care of her grandma and therefore needs money. Can only meet between 12 and 7 pmish due to her having to take care of her grandma (allegedly). I tried several times to setup up facetime / video chat but always gave me a runaround. She also only meets int he St. Pete area and will not meet in public.

Sounds very fishy and many red flags, but she did agree to meet me (500) if I got a hotel in St. Pete. Just thnking this may be a sting or LE. She did not ask for me to send her money upfront, so not a scammer.
