There was heavy presence of LEO at the RoFo / DD last night around 7/8 pm. Saw a couple providers behind the DD with their crews. Saw 2 by the White House one of them being Kaylee (chubby WSW with glasses).

Had a setup with one of my providers but she ghosted me at the last minute so was able to find Heather by her Smallwood place. Heavy user but her performance was up to par. Standard tuition says she has a phone but hasn't paid the bill so I didn't bother asking.

I also noticed a redhead spinner by the RoFo on Monroe & Washington Blvd selling lotions or shampoo. If anyone has any Intel please PM she looked really hot in those hot pants she was wearing and from my view point no signs of candy use.
