If you text them or email them and get a very fast response (within a minute), that usually raises some doubt. If their initial email is overly suggestive, take it as another sign.

If I still believe there's a chance it's real, reply with a simple question (what's your general location) . . in all cases, thus far, I get a reply that doesn't even acknowledge my simple question. Usually, it's the proverbial "I just need you to go to this site to get screened. It's free! If you don't do it within a few minuts, then they start pestering with "I thought you were ready to do this. C'Mon., I want to fuck you so bad". It's all a huge scam to get your credit card number, of course. I guess enough guys fall for it so they keep doing it.
Last Pro-Tip (even though I'm not a pro). Many of the screening sites are doing things over "HTTP" instead of "HTTPS". That's a huge redflag. Most people probably don't even look at the web address to see if it's secure.
