If I'm really feeling mean, I'll raise the amount. If they want $300, I'll offer $500, because I can tell they're special. Collect their payment information and, just when they get their hopes up I'll insist on a live video call. It usually gets pretty ugly after that.

Unless you're buying porn and you can verify the person, don't send money for sex. It's not the kind of screwing you hope for.

A lot of people who were guests of the state have been released to home confinement since COVID-19 reared its ugly head. They can't prove anything and its not illegal to have sex with someone on house arrest. As long as you were cool, why wouldn't they just think you were a BF or whatever?

Two of the three became regulars of mine until they left the business or moved out of state. The third is still around. I think. I had no issues with any of the three and saw two of them many times. One was my all time favorite for over 8 years. I would still be cautious, but personally I have had no problems.
