Do any of these ladies / agencies allow photo or video taking? I assume the Kgirls do not out of fear they may end up on the internet and what may happen if family sees it.

Kgirls do not, but some jgirls do for 200 extra. Korean agencies are mainly kgirls obviously.

Checked in the AM and as I post this and they have no Remi on call. My guess is that he's actually referring to the LTV Remi which could be a bait a switch now.

The parents aren't happy but would never disown their daughter for it. Whereas in South Korea it is next level shameful and scandalous and "not my daughter anymore" situation. Not to mention they are much more religious in SK on average.
