I was going to post the same report. I cruised during lunch yesterday and saw about 6 WSWs on Sully east of Central. There was an uncle sitting just west of the bridge, and 2-3 on different corners on the back streets. I did the 500 cruze late this morrning. At first didn't see anything. Then on shully there were a few of the throw aways. Travled back down shully and spoted a few more.
