I have the same philosophy, but mine goes towards providing their personal phone numbers. I'll let them do that, if they so choose to do so.

As for as how to contact them without their cell phone? I'll gladly offer you their advertising link, since I know they're willing to share that. Regarding providing cell numbers, I was referring to the cell numbers they put in their ads. Giving that out is just basically the same thing as providing a link to their ad. If the number is in the ad I will surely provide it, both publically (cut and pasted ad text) and privately. But I, too, will surely NOT provide their PRIVATE numbers (that is, numbers that they DON'T advertise, that they gave to me in confidence) without their permission.
