I can only imagine Thailand is unbelievable. The closest thing we probably have for massage, is the San Diego or SF regions, due to the naval bases and such. Flew American, and some Chinese airline. Use google flights and select multi city do ORD NAR BKK chicago to tokyo to BKK. Or instead of Tokyo go north through the HK route.
