There is no real formula for tipping at AMPs but I would like share what I have learned. Most customers do not know that the workers do not get all of the money that is paid up front for the massage. For instance, a one hour massage which is usually. 5, the worker will only see. 25 or less depending on the owners agreement with the worker. So this is why tipping can make or break the rapport you have with a massage worker.
