Or, you can be totally sure just by asking them what country they're from. Also, if you show initiative that you're trying to talk to them with your app, they'll usually grab their own phone to also try to talk to you.

A Plus and 75 NW have the same owner. Both places allow 99% indraped and have a TS that you can go without them covering junior with a washcloth like most do.
