I'd say given its location it's probably a longshot you get anything other than a handshake, but then again sometimes location isn't a reliable indicator of service. Most of the spas in Delaware County are either tease only (Manoa shopping center, Oriental Pearl on Manoa road, Wawa shopping center on Sproul, newish place in Pilgrim Gardens) or DIY (Morton on 420).
