He is now married (to an American) but otherwise felt the same way. He never traveled outside the US; I've been just about everywhere and just can't seem to find a single woman here who doesn't act like Helen Hunt on Mad About You constantly berating poor Paul Reiser. I've never wanted a woman to wait on me, all I've wanted is a little mutual respect and partnership in life, but damn it if women here in DC can't find some way to blame you for every little unhappiness in their lives. And for such a sensitive gender, don't they have a way of just being vicious and emasculating in their attacks?

Some people who know me well know that I step out as we all do to the local AMPs, and what my little trips down to Costa Rica or the Caribbean are really about. They also know that I am a good and otherwise decent man, and why I choose to do so rather than hunt for a civilian, and I think in a way they are almost envious. While I don't go around yelling it from mountain tops I don't feel in the least bit ashamed or stigmatized by the fact that I hobby.

If I were to ever get married it would probably be to a nice lady from South America, Thailand, or the Philippines. No swearing, no false pretense about football, but someone who can honestly be relied on to share an equal albeit feminine role in a relationship.

Potential Wal-Mart landlord accused of hosting massage parlor.

A prominent landowner who could soon host the city's first Wal-Mart is being targeted by city officials who are accusing his company of allowing an illicit massage parlor to operate in a downtown building it owns.

Jerry Schaeffer and brothers Andy and Dave own the parcel near[b] New York Avenue and Bladensburg Road NE[/b] That the mega retailer is eyeing for a 126, 000-square-foot store. The Schaeffers, long major players in the city taxicab industry and in real estate, have entered into a 60-year ground lease with a developer that is working with Wal-Mart to open a store next year.

A Jerry Schaeffer-owned company also owns a building at 1215 Connecticut Ave. NW, where "Spa Sky" operates. A Jan. 5 sting resulted in arrests of two Spa Sky employees on solicitation charges, according to court documents (warning: explicit language therein). A civil lawsuit filed by D. C. Attorney General Irvin Nathan this week alleges that the company is "allowing the operation of a house of prostitution."

On Jan. 14, the complaint says, the city notified Schaeffer's company that he had a bawdy house on his premises. But there was no response, and the suit holds that Schaeffer "has not taken any steps to abate the prostitution-related nuisance activity at the Property."

The city is requesting a judge to declare the parlor as "nuisance property" and immediately shut down Spa Sky. It also asks that Schaeffer's company pay damages and bar any future business on the premises that "provides physical therapy, spa, massage, nail salon, or any other services which would require the physical touch of another person, including disrobing (partial or otherwise) , touching (I. E, skin-to-skin contact) , or the treatment or application of any lotion (prescription or non) to any area of the body."

Reached this afternoon, Schaeffer rejected suggestions that he didn't move swiftly to get rid of the illicit business and vowed to fight the lawsuit."We started eviction as soon as we found out about it," he said."We're in the process of eviction now."

I have seen and known many who have their ethnic roots in some of the finer places that make great women BUT they were either second generation immigrants or adopted as an infant and raised here. My present wife of over 30 years is the finest person I have ever known and while her interest in sex itself disappeared many years ago the rest of our life together is the best! So I see the AMPs and the occasional BP girl to take care of that and continue on that way. My wife was born and raised in the Far East and even after being an American for all these years she was raised right and still does most things right.

SO. If you are looking for a great wife go somewhere away from the USA andyou should find her. If you just want to bust a nut you can rent one of the American pigs if you want and if you have sadly married on of them and want to taste the good life go visit an AMP.

The parcel that is the potential home of the Wal-Mart is on the other side of the street of 1818 NY Ave, and the spa in question in the article is in a property of his on Conn Ave. I know the Schaeffer's own parcels on the south side of NY AVe from WV to Bladensburg Road, where Skylark Lounge is, but not sure they own 1818. An interesting and important article for this forum, but not sure if it is relevant in regards to whether 1818 is open.

Thanks for the answer about my questions on the AMP on 1818 ny ave, I called again around 10pm but still no one picking up but the line is ringing, I might go tomorrow during noon just to finally find out if its still open or not, I will kepp you all informed abput what I will find out.
