While we're on this topic, it was brought to my attention that google maps is no longer properly displaying their address. YMMV, but I think it just comes down to how busy they are. Both times I left there were people squirrelled away in every room, bathroom, wash-room, room behind reception. I don't think anyone would be able to provide good service with that kind of backlog.

I found its easier just to start going somewhere else. Its not worth the drama of trying to get a discount. Everyone is stressed out and nothing is going to come of it.
