If Vinny has seen her 3 times and said she presents well and can actually carry on a conversation she is probably a safe bet. My guess is she is anywhere from a good call to a great call depending on her mood and the guy so mileage may vary from guy to guy. I would probably see her if I were in the area.
You bring up a valid point which is why I never see a girl who says "leaving this morning".
