The way the SW was dressed with half her ass hanging out I doubt it very seriously if she was LEO herself but I thought it was very strange to detain the dude in the car and let her go about her merry way. First, I want to thank the posters of this forum for the general locations to look around while mongering. I am not from this area, so it really helped.
