As each of us has his own way of wording and it's not cool to bite off someone else's style. But something to the effect in the title that you are looking for a chic and are offering help. In the body of the ad you can go further of what you might be willing to help with such as bills and stuff. Don't put that you are offering cash explicitly. You can discuss that once a real chic responds. And I wouldn't really recommend blatantly putting I want a BJ and fuck in ad. I know some do but to me that's asking for trouble and I like to be discreet. And it's a quick way to get your ad flagged.

Once a chic contacts remember these are non-pros you are talking to. Some may have done it before and some it's the first time.
