My first visit. Couldn't resist the freckled face.

Reviews and rating scales are by definition subjective so you can't tell someone else what a 10 is. See figure skating in the olympics for examples. He gave a review and reasons which is all we can ask. Take it for what it's worth and move on. Otherwise, go to the octagon and rant and rave to your heart's delight!
