The higher the price the more thought goes into the decision making process, very rarely is there a woman you cannot do without. There are some safety measures anyone should take no matter where they go. In foreign countries, I never pick up someone on the streets. In Medellin, I always make the first contact with the ladies. I have never felt threatened there.

I've never been to Buenos Aires, so I can't confirm nor dispute A2's assertion of where the most beautiful women are, but there are many real beauties in Medellin.
