Went to B&F massage on Manchester yesterday afternoon. Opted for the 30 min plus table shower. Started with a decent massage and good pressure. If you are used to jack shacks that barely deliver a massage at all, then this is not the place for you. If it was your first time going or asking for extras then it may have been your approach. I have had many excellent massages here and I just let things happen and I am very complimentary of the work they do for 60 or 90 minutes. I never try to force their hand. So to speak. As we all say YMMV. I like all of them, the blond is fun but her massage quality is not as good as the other two.

For great legit massage no extras try Lily Health Spa in St Charles. I go a couple times a month for a massage. Trust me if there were any extras there to be had I would of had them.
