For what it's worth, I believe she pockets the full amount (house usually takes $40-80 out of the HH but likely would not touch that $300). It only makes sense if you are booking 1 hr +, at which point the price become steep.
It is however so rare that after the crazy excitement one begins to question if she does this for crazy reasons, for example she could have some disease and want to drag people down with her.
