I was successfully using a prepaid OneVanilla card online and they seem to have gone the way of the dinosaur. Specifically, I'm looking for a virtual card (doesn't require an address to mail anything to), doesn't matter if I can refill it or have to replace it, but I don't want to pay high fees. The OneVanilla cards that I was using only had a one-time fee to purchase (less than $5). No monthly fee, no fees for non-usage, no fees for transactions, etc. Most importantly, the card needs to be accepted for online purchases.
If anyone has a prepaid card that they like, please share what it is, how much it costs, where you have successfully used it, etc. TIA.
