This is exactly where you should be posting your questions when they relate to BP advertisers. SW questions belong in the SW thread, and so on. If this forum maintained the kind of strict content purity that some seem to want, and it consisted of nothing more than a daily report of who stuck what into whom for how much $$, I would never have stayed around long enough to become a senior member.

Members in other forum locales have done a lot more with the flexibility of the site model than we have here in Michigan. If you really want to start a separate thread for non-review material, you can do that. It seems like the mongers around here are just more casual about blending the reporting and the discussion.
