Ludlow is one of those narrow alleyway-like streets.

If you read these threads over the years one will see that visitors often comment that Philly is blessed when it comes to AMPs, much more so than other parts of the USA. Er, unless you're talking about the West Coast. But feed back suggests- great number / availability, better settings & set-ups and better girls. All fwiw.
The high end places are more like Asian incall agencies than MPs and have a premium price to go with it. 250-300 Girls are all top-level.
So what do you want specifically and what is "typical" for you in NC?

Recently, in Charlotte there's Nice spa, which has aloof, but young gorgeous gals—high priced $$ and not very GFE. In comparison, dropping 3 Bens in NYC or Orlando can blow your mind.
So, in comparison, I will generally put Philly ahead of NC, but behind NYC and Orlando. Like in NYC and Orlando, in Philly you can get BBBJ, but rarely GFE, CIM, or COF. But Phlly's AZN and VIP can get you a good suck and fuck for $$.

I have been rebuffed in one place in the Delco area asking for Philly service at Philly rates, but other than that everyone has ultimately accepted the going rate for the expected services.
Whereabouts have you been that they have been asking for $50 above market?
