Can someone with definitive knowledge tell us what you do before and after seeing someone to reduce the chance of catching STD?
I carry alcohol pad and wipe the tip thoroughly afterward, and take a piss. I'm not sure how effective such practice is though.
I'm not a medical professional, but taking antibacterial med before catching something doesn't make sense to me. Prove me wrong though, I just want to be well informed properly.
And does cranberry juice help in any way?

I know this is the BB forum and I'll cut it short but a good covering is the best. Yes peeing after is crucial as well however will not help. The bacteria is microscopic and finds a speedy track to the inner layer of the urethra.

Cranberry juice, I believe, is good to ward of bladder infections but I haven't read anything about it helping prevent other infections.
General good hygiene and get tested every 6 months. More testing is probably better but that's the frequency I've settled on. I also let my Dr. Know I am sexually active, with multiple partners, which is good for an annual lecture from her.
I haven't taken prep or other meds as preventive measures. I've tested clean for many years and attribute that to my generally good hygiene and also, or perhaps mostly, to the good hygiene of Korean women. If I see a girl who I don't think has good hygiene I may use a cover and certainly wouldn't repeat.

And does cranberry juice help in any way?
Shower, mouthwash, pee. Before your appointment, and right after sex. Nothing is 100%, but it reduces risk. Using antibiotics as a prophylactic is not a good idea considering that the most common std's are more of a nuisance than a danger. (to males) Treat them if you get infected, but refrain from consistent use. There are bacterial infections out there that will kill you, and long term antibiotic use can actually weaken your immune system. Save using antibiotics for only when you really need them.
For a few years I've wondered, as you may have too, if I'd picked up anything in the STD category while engaging in this hobby. I paid for a testing kit, mailed it back, and am happy to say I'm free of the usual suspects, including HIV, which I hadn't really considered. I have no financial interest in pushing these services, but the one I used was letsgetchecked.com.
I hope I'm not breaking any rules by naming it here.
The test about $150, and you get results back in 3-4 days. Worth it to know I'm not passing along anything to those I care about. Or to quote Shel Silverstine, and betray my years, don't give a dose to the one you love most!
Max.

I've been checking my blood pressure which has been a bit elevated recently. But immediately after orgasm it's much lower & it stays low for a while. This is an unexpected advantage to this hobby.

But covering will increase your safety factor by lots. A cover will help prevent Aids and Hepatitis, two big ones that can reduce life expectency. Cover helps with the rest but HPV and Herpes are harder to prevent because it is easier to come into contact with the sores. The sores are often outside the vaginal canal so you may come into contact with them (look before you leap). Covers help prevent Ghonoria and Chlamydia too.
I like providers that require a cover because that tells me they are at least aware of the benefits of a cover.
How did you get the blood test done? I know Syphilis, Hepatitis and Aids tests require blood.
Wouldn't the risk only be Hepatitis and HIV? Of course Covid can be discounted.
Well, those are the most direct risks associated with risky needle / IV use. Drug use also is associated with a lot of risky behaviour, so STI's are at a higher risk (for us that's always a thing). The other issue can be the injection sights get infected fairly easily due to dirty needles and / or dirty surroundings, which can result in a MRSA infection, which is very bad. I don't know the rate of this happening, but when I was starting in my field I worked for a detox facility, and a lot of IV addicts either wound up at the hospital for that or were honestly worried about getting it. It's not pretty, highly contagious, and spread via contact with the infected area via shared items like razors, or touching said area and having a wound (I think a hangnail or small finger wound could suffice).
Take this with a grain of salt as I'm not a medical professional, but I do work in the addiction / recovery field.

I've seen every square inch of her and there's not a single needle mark. In the same spot for Any length of time.

RN out.
Any high-quality provider (think upscale providers from Tryst or Eros who charge 500+ an hour) will show you weekly and legitimate test reports (done at reputable places like Broward Health or Jackson at UMMSM). Additionally, providers who offer BBFS + CIP are usually on PEP and have IUDs to prevent unwanted STIs and pregnancies.
This does not apply to the average List Crawler or Babylon chick lmao. I went to see Annika and when I entered the room, I left because she smelled bad, looked old, and did not have a semblance of any health reports. And from that moment onward, I never plan on seeing a low-quality provider from Babylon or LC again. To each their own I guess.
Wouldn't the risk only be Hepatitis and HIV? Of course Covid can be discounted.
Hepatitis C can only be spread from blood to blood contact, not from other bodily fluids. IF you were to contact it through a "date" and that's a Big IF, most people with healthy, good immune systems, their bodies could fight it off on its own. Hepatitis C is also something one person can give to themselves.
MRSA (a type of staph infection) is caught through open wound contact. Most cases of this are found in areas with a large amount of people in a small space: jails, homeless shelters, rehab facilities, etc.
Hepatitis A is contacted through food and water typically from an infected person spreading microscopic Feceal matter. Or through oral sex (rim job). Highly contagious.
HIV is contracted through all bodily fluids.
Other STD's that are harder to get than most think:
Herpes: Can only affect the un-infected party if the infected party is currently in a "breakout" which would be very noticeable. This not only shows visible signs but causes a very heavy green like discharge. This is not cureable.
Most common STI's: HPV, Trich.
Among gay men: syphilis, gonorrhea.
Things also spread through sexual contact that most don't know about.
BV: Bacterial vaginosos. Male has unprotected sex with infected female then spreads it to other unprotected sex partner.
UTI: This really isn't spread more like oral bacterial swapping fluids from vagina to. Anus.
Yeast infection: believe it or not, men can spread this to different woman from a woman who had one.

I wanted to thank you for this, callondoc was a freaking godsend and within an hour I was at a pharmacy picking up 3 drugs for what I was worried about. To be clear this isn't to do with my recent review, its just me being a paranoid freak. With callondoc I used a fake name because discretion is important and it worked great. I'm a paranoid freak and think the risk of BBFS may be more than my mind can take so I just went for the 3 most likely things to get treated for just to put my mind at ease.
I'd like to add to the lab part of this. I've used https://www.stdcheck.com/ in the past with a Visa gift card and a fake name with no issue and the full panel is $139 ($258 if you want the HIV RNA Early Detection). Here's a website I found that spells out how to do it with a fake name / email for anyone not used to doing shady shit LOL.

And you don't care about the likelihood of catching an STD by going bareback into a sex worker who is servicing guys who similarly don't care about catching an STD (so the probability of you getting one compounds to almost certainty) then that's your business and do what you want to do. BUT if you have a significant other, kids etc then you are frankly a selfish idiot b / c you are putting other people (who you presumably care about) at risk. Not to mention if you are married, good luck telling your wife you caught an STD by shaking someone's hand (er, more likely. Good luck telling her divorce attorney). Got something to lose, care about your health? Wrap it up 100% of the time.
Covering up is important to prevent the transition of STDs but not a perfect solution. Some of the other posts talk about covering to avoid STDs and most look at it realistically, the cover helps but is not fool-proof. HPV and Herpes is easily transmitted even though covered. Both can be transmitted from skin to skin. In the case of herpes, look for acne looking bumps around the kitty and the ass. HPV is harder to detect because many people do not show signs but can share. Luckily there is a vaccine for HPV. There are also hepatitis vaccines out there.
Have fun, be safe, and help others have fun.

They'll contact your partners to tell them they've been exposed, but won't give your name. Which might or might not prevent your wife from figuring out it's you, LOL -- if she doesn't hit you over the head with a rolling pin as soon as she hangs up the phone, she's probably sleeping around too and you're in the clear:
"The State of Connecticut, Department of Public Health, STD Control Program attempts to interview all patients with syphilis. Some patients with gonorrhea, chlamydia, and HIV are interviewed to assist with partner notification. Patients are educated about their infection, counseled on how to avoid reinfection, and asked to confidentially provide the names and locating information of their sexual partners. Partners are confidentially located for screening and treatment by trained field staff without divulging the identity of the infected patient."
But still, just one more risk you should educate yourself about for your own protection. Good post from ConnecticutGuy. Link: https://portal.ct.gov/DPH/Infectious-Diseases/STD/Partner-Services-Information.

If you never made an account your wife can still sign in with your SSN. If you share a computer with your significant other or have any reason to believe she may find your trail, I recommend either going to a free city sponsored health clinic which unfortunately only does tests on certain days or use an independent web based testing service like STDcheck.com or talenttesting. This way the tests you get done aren't tied to your medical records. I personally like the latter site because some upper class girls in NYC use it and will let you BB if you exchange results with them from that service.
