If you really want to meet her, here is my suggestion - Pay for the Uber via your Uber App (or go picking her up if you can), then tell her when you two meet, you can give her the babysitter money in cash, so she can pay the babysitter via her App. All the current mobile payment apps (vimeo or zelle) inform the recipient quite a bit about the sender so they can ID who pays what.
