This is because the management is known to turn a blind eye of the guys showing up and leaving after about 20 minutes, or 30 or an hour. If you work the front desk it doesn't take a rocket scientist to watch the cameras and figure out what is going on. If it's a mix of guys and girls it is drugs. It takes a lot, and I mean a lot of time and manpower to set up a sting. Have you ever watch one of those Date Line or 20/20 episodes? It is just not the girl cop and a couple of other officers doing the sting. It's an entire team of officers which many are on OT. Their safety is number one in importance and they don't want to get a john who will try to fight his way out. Plus to get a room (or at least get approval to spend the money for a room) isn't just asking your Sargent for 200 so you can rent a hotel room. We are talking government agency which has layers of red tape and levels of approval processes. Then you have to get the hotel to agree to it, not an easy option for these lower end hotels depend on business from people who don't want to see cops hanging around. Yes, they might get a good price from the police but they might lose half their customer base.

A lot of resources being tied up to arrest a couple of guys who will be out on bond by the end of the day. Yes, I do know what they tell the press about trafficking and all that other BS but that is only to justify the cost and placate all those goody goody people who think adults should not be having and enjoying sex unless they are creating a child in a (white) male female household. Stings do happen just not at the frequency some of us think.

Political leadership and maybe top level LE officials love the publicity of these stings, but most 'regular' cops hate doing them. They're high effort for low payoff (mostly misdemeanors) and they'd much rather be on the street after different types of criminals.

The other kind of laughable theory that gets spread around is that a girl running the same ads for months has been 'turned' or is working with LE to bring in guys to arrest. This doesn't happen. LE has to treat the girls like victims now. When they bring them in they're offered all kinds of medical help, treatment programs, counseling, etc. If they get mistreated its a hellstorm of bad publicity. There's no way they're going to pick up a young, probably addicted and mentally ill girl and put her right back on her own in a dangerous position to book a few more guys with cheap charges. That being said, they wouldn't be above using an already arrested girls pictures and phone, but even that might be more trouble than its worth since they can put up any random picture of a woman and get a dozen guys in a in a few hours.

After the encouraging feedback got the courage to finally visit the latinas in Naperville Wheaton Rd. Like stated in previous review Sofia was the women from pictures and definitely very attractive.
