Why are my favorites on the rob list. They provide good cheap service.
The robsquad idea isn't very practical. You need a big server to cover all cities. And the list of messages may constitute content, which is owned by CL. So you cannot get big, and if you do they will come for you.
The spider bandwidth limitation is easily solved. You can simply spider via dial-up, or via some public proxy, both have built in bandwidth limitations. Of course you can write code to limit the bandwidth.
I don't think the site is a bad idea after all. I live in the LA area and I am willing to go to OC if I am getting the good deal. Whoever that created this has my respects. Whatever they want to do with it I am fine with it.

Phone number recognition. The ROB just use a different phone number. ROB's can also spread the digits across several rows to avoid detection.
