Moving up into this world
Gentlemen,
I've been on this site for a good 5 years and I've learned alot about this lifestyle / hobby and how it benefited me as a man. I've started this back in 2015 when I use to lurk the street walker forum and mostly chat in the strippers forum of Baltimore.
Last year all the way to today, this has been my most sexual active year to date. I wish I could have enjoy this more earlier but I wasn't really the brightest kid that is able to talk to girl like that. This has also helped my mental health from being so frustrated or depress from my trouble teenage years; it's nothing bad or tragic, just the typical guy who gets friendzoned by his HS crush.

Not sure about the Vit D, garlic and turmeric but they cannot hurt. The plenty of water, rest and exercise will keep one fit and less likely to come down with a serious case if infected.
