That in combination with 500 mg cipro should cure gonnorea, chlamydia and syphilis unless some of the bacteria are resistant like you mentioned. Thats why they give you a ceftriaxone shot with doxycycline when you go into the clinic because that's the most effective and works 99% of the time, even against otherwise resistant bacteria.
