She gave me a light massage because I had to wait for Fiona that day even though I had an appt. Anyway I overheard her talking to the other ladies basically saying "don't you dare cut them too short, if they give bad online reviews it will hurt us a lot". Given how many rave reviews there are for Good / Shanghai, it's really not a fluke because they're intentional and want to keep it up. Agree also that being nice, clean, and smelling fresh pays off usually.
I'll throw in my personal critique though: I found their acting to be a little much, but the overall experience and the average beauty of the ladies is well above average (besides the potential wait times).
