And they are not really responsive. I asked a few times and was told my references haven't answered them. But I used them as references before and it went well and fast. I also gave them a headup about being references.
I feel like they use phone call to contact since I have a reference without phone number and they asked for another one. I think making call is harder to contact than using email.

They just didn't tell me (they forgot?) until I asked them if I was cleared. So try asking them if everything is OK, etc.
