It's the third charge that becomes a felony, but who's counting? Really, it's the third conviction, often there are more arrests but charges get dropped, plea bargains and so on. One of our locals has asked for a jury trail.

Solicitation or unlawful acts are different charges & as far as I can tell don't count in reaching the magic number three. This post is not a criticism of forum policy or the admin in any way.
