The game is way different now. It's all about how fast they can separate you from large amounts of your money without giving you any service. Even the big 3 are rushing through the appointments and a lot of the guys posting good reviews on here think it will get them special treatment but it won't. I will never understand why guys are supporting that crap. If you are lucky you get a slap on the back side at one of the big 3 but there is no massage going on, you will just be rushed in and out.
