She said her name was Sandy, but from what you posted this could be her. About 5 ft, no chest, skinny, felt every rib on her, and talks a lot. Only difference is that she didn't have a phone on her. Spotted her on the trail just South of I-4 Saturday morning.

Rough lookin blonde with an overdone tan, but she's petite and has a rockin body (about 5'-3" in heels. 100 lbs or so)

I never pickup during the day, but I do cruise a bit in hopes of getting digits.

She had an argument with a D-boy on a bike on one of the cross streets and before I could make a move, he told her to get her ass back in the house (place on Nash)

About 20 minutes later, I spotted her on the North side of I-4 at the little junkie market, but there were troopers around so I just kept on drivin.

Went back to Nash near the house she was stayin at and another monger had dropped her off a few blocks North of it.

I don't like stopping for any reason during the day, so I wrote my number on a card and threw it at her as I passed by.

Waited all night, but she finally called around 12:30am, just as I was dropping off one of my regulars.

My balls were already drained, but I still wanted to hook up.

She sounded nice on the phone, but when we talked donation, it was more than double what I would usually give an SW in that area and when I tried to negotiate, she turned ghetto real quick.

We eventually settled on a decent number for half-and-half, but when I asked her to walk to one of my safe pickup spots, she insisted that I pick her up at a gas station on the trail (sumthin I don't usually do. Especially with a new girl)

I told her I'd have to scout a bit, but asked if she was ok with going to one of my safe spots about 10 minutes away.

She asked "why?" and went on a rant about her being a woman and to put myself in her shoes not knowing some strange guy yadda yadda yadda.

Then she said we could go to a driveway at the house she's staying at (red flag right there)

I told her I just didn't feel safe doing that and when I suggested that it was late and we should perhaps try another night, she got all pissed and hung up.

I'd still like to partake, but I'm not taking any chances out there.

Just curious, but has anyone else been with her and if so, was she worth it?

John, I think false. Its to much of a risk for you to drive off with a undercover. Monger bros how do you get caught? Of course nobody wants to but say leo pulls you over and a hooker is in car. If my dick aint out and its not obvious we did anything can leo still arrest us

I am sure people will say I am wrong again buy yes they can get in your car and have you drive away with an undercover. Most likely they will not do this because of safety issues for the undercover.

The cops can and will do whatever they want to bust you. Once under arrest they also have the ability to search your car however I don't think they will unless they see something in plain view or say they smelled something you may have been smoking.

In the description you describe in your last sentence Leo will get both of you out of the car and separate you. They will tell you that you have picked up a "Known Prostitute" and proceed to intimidate the crap out of you and then offer you a deal if you admit to discussing sex for money they will get you to sign a statement and let you go.

Meanwhile they are offering the girl the same deal.

Remember this: When they pull you over IF they have enough evidence to arrest you, they will arrest you on the spot with no discussion. If they don't they will promise you Bogus Deals, if you bite you'll go to jail. Because you are so nervous and your mind is seeing your life going down the tubes, you try and talk your self out of being arrested, the more you talk the better your chance of getting arrested.

They will tell you that the girl has already given you up and you might as well "GIVE YOUR SIDE OF THE STORY" Don't or you're going to jail. Be cooperative, don't cop an attitude but simply state you would like an attorney present during any and all questioning. Some cops will get in your face and tell you they were going to "cut you some slack" but since your such a wise ass they are just going to arrest you, but if you want to change your mind they might reconsider-Don't. This BS might go on for a while.

If she is a sharp girl she will not give you up, especially if she has been arrested previously. Even if you were arrested there is a 95% chance she will not appear in court to testify against you, your Attorney will destroy a case like this, unless you sign a statement incriminating yourself, then your Attorney is screwed, he can only protect your rights and try to get you a plea agreement, but remember if you admitted the crime you give him little or nothing to work with.

Bottom line is this, pull over, provide your license, registration and insurance and then repeat after me. Officer I request an Attorney be present during any and all questioning, then shut up. This process is called "invoking" (your rights) in some jurisdictions and "Lawyering up" in others-VS

If you refuse to answer ANY of their questions, they will call you a smartass who refuses to cooperate.

You would think those things can't happen in our country. You will be outnumbered by the number of deputies, so everything will be your word against theirs. You can't record the conversation because Florida law prohibits you from recording unless both parties agree to it.

The information Very Slowly provides below is good, but how many of us keep an attorney on call. Also, his statement about signing a statement and being let go is a little confusing. Do not sign any statement of guilt. If you do, you will go to jail, no matter what they promised you. I think that is what VS was stating.
