I had a similar discussion with some friends in East Coast, it's the same problem there. When things are busy, the screening is much more selective. They are prioritizing existing customers, and the initial rush is when they don't want to introduce a problem. This goes for any agency and any girl, give it time and try again. It is possible to screen with HX if you are patient, I have known a lot of friends who could use that route for most agencies.

Knocking is preferred for most units, since when units are packed close one neighbor can hear due to the layout. Whereas in some high tower apartments the units are spaced so far apart it doesn't matter and you can ring. It is certainly an issue in OC.
