Above 30-35 yo age range my expectations would be for a very low amount, like 100 ppm, and that's assuming she's hot for her age. I've seen the posts for 45 yo grannies that expect 500 but that's like me wishing I could fly by flapping my arms. Just not realistic.

They know what they're doing, you don't have to teach them. There's no drama, no BS, they want to please, meetings are not timed and can go for several hours, most have flexibility with scheduling, generally responsive on text, I've had no problems with scams or being robbed. Yes, they don't all have the body of a 20 - 30 year old but they're not all "grannies" either. You weigh the trade-offs and decide what direction you want to go.
